Lanyard with work card is a mark for ID identification,most of companies need neck lanyard to convenient theirs work,it is necessary in modern day.

Lanyard have different usages ,lanyard made by different material,it has different accessories,different printing methods,different these with different prices,how to identify?now, let's tell you below:

1.Material: Generally,lanyard have three different material,Nylon,Fake Nylon and Polyester.
a.Nylon is come from petroleum refining,it is light and hand feeling smooth,the price is very expensive,if you want the highest quality lanyard,nylon is the best material.

b.Fake Nylon have all features of Nylon,color light and smooth,but it is not the really nylon,it is a cheaper substitute goods.
c.Polyester is the commonest material of lanyard,have a rough surface but soft to neck,the price is lower than Nylon and Fake Nylon.

2.Printing Method:At present,the commonest printing methods are Sublimation Heat Transfer Printing,Silk Screen Printing and Computer Woven Lanyard.

a.Sublimation Heat Transfer Printing is adopting High temperature and High press make the words and picture show on the polyester lanyard,if you want print lots of colors and colorful logo,sublimation print is the best choice.(Note:the sublimation printing is not suitable to nylon and fake nylon material)

b.Silk Screen Printing is Screen printing is also a stencil method of print making in which a design is imposed on a screen of polyester or other fine mesh, with blank areas coated with an impermeable substance. Ink is forced into the mesh openings by the fill blade or squeegee and by wetting the substrate, transferred onto the printing surface during the squeegee stroke. As the screen rebounds away from the substrate the ink remains on the substrate. It is also known as silk-screen, screen, serigraphy, and serigraph printing. One color is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multicoloured image or design.

c.Computer Woven lanyard:the logo of lanyard are direct woven on the lanyard when the lanyard production,it is though a special computer.

3.Lanyard Accessories:A finish Lanyard must have some accessories,such as metal hook,plastic buckle,plastic safety breakaway,metal opener,USB buckle,all of these are use for different usage lanyards
